- Monitor food quality and presentation to meet our high standards.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management.
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure seamless service.
- Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- Ability to work 30-40 hours per week.
