Train and Develop Staff

Train new staff members in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and development to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

Inventory Management

Estimate and manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.

Quality Control

Monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring that food meets our high standards and that customer satisfaction is consistently met.

Record Keeping

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.

Food Order Management

Prepare and manage food order summaries for our chef, ensuring that orders are accurate and delivered on time.

Tray Assembly and Delivery

Supervise and check the assembly of trays and the delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that food is presented to the highest standards.

Scheduling

Establish and manage work schedules, ensuring that staff are allocated to tasks and duties in a way that meets business needs.

Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
