We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director, People to join our team. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing people strategies that drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement people strategies that align with our business objectives.
- Lead and manage a high-performing HR team to deliver exceptional service to our employees.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to drive organizational change and improvement initiatives.
- Design and implement employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Develop and manage budgets and resources to achieve people-related goals.
- 10+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong business acumen and ability to develop and implement people strategies that drive business growth.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and employees at all levels.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
