About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities

Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.

Train and Develop Staff

Train and develop our staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.

Estimate and Manage Inventory

Estimate and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have sufficient supplies to meet customer demand.

Ensure Quality Control

Ensure that our food and service meet quality control standards, and that our customers receive exceptional service.

Maintain Records and Reports

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Demands

Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and perform physically demanding tasks.
