About the Role
As a Customer Experience Associate at Scotiabank, you will be the face of our branches, providing exceptional service to our clients. Your primary focus will be to build strong relationships with our customers, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and address customer needs, providing personalized service and support
- Process day-to-day transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Nurture long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty
- Contribute to branch targets by identifying and fulfilling sales opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with banking products and services, providing expert advice to clients
Requirements
- Proven customer service skills, with a strong focus on building relationships
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on active listening
- Basic computer skills, with experience using banking software and systems
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
