Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at BMO. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers and prospects, identifying their needs, and providing advice and guidance on financial solutions that meet their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Needs Identification: Identify customers' needs and provide advice and guidance on financial solutions that meet their individual needs.
  • Financial Solutions: Offer a range of financial solutions, including banking services, credit cards, and other products, to meet customers' needs.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues and other stakeholders to deliver the desired customer experience and achieve overall business objectives.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of customer transactions and services.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Possess a strong understanding of personal, commercial, and partner offers, and be able to communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Adaptability: Be adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work in different capacities as part of a team.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and connections with customers.
  • Problem-Solving: Be able to listen, solve problems, and respond flexibly and creatively to new challenges.

Requirements:

  • Education: Post-secondary degree or certification in a related field of study is desirable.
  • Experience: No prior experience necessary, but a passion for helping customers and delivering exceptional service is essential.
  • Skills: Possess a strong understanding of personal, commercial, and partner offers, and be able to communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Adaptability: Be adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work in different capacities as part of a team.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and connections with customers.
  • Problem-Solving: Be able to listen, solve problems, and respond flexibly and creatively to new challenges.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: $33,850.00 - $44,000.00 per year.
