POSITION OVERVIEW

  • Serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries with autonomy, confidentiality, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Deliver HR solutions through multiple channels while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Assist employees and management with HR-related processes and systems.
  • Uphold quality standards and suggest enhancements for continuous improvement.
  • Remain informed about HR policies and procedures to provide accurate guidance.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completion of post-secondary education in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • A minimum of one year of pertinent HR experience.
  • Proven experience in client support with exceptional communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and systems is preferred.
