Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Program Analyst to join our Parking and Ground Transportation (PGT) team. This permanent full-time role reports directly to the Manager of Commercial Services and is responsible for overseeing various facets of PGT operations. The successful candidate will focus on program management, operational process enhancement, documentation, analysis, and continuous improvement. Additionally, this position entails daily management of key service contracts, including performance evaluation, reporting, and auditing. As the subject matter expert for operational processes, you will support or lead PGT-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage PGT programs by developing, documenting, reviewing, and updating operational plans; facilitate informed decision-making regarding program development and modifications while analyzing operational data.
  • Provide daily operational oversight and guidance to PGT service providers, ensuring effective measurement and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) within service contracts.
  • Analyze, understand, and document existing PGT operational processes, ensuring that training and reference materials are readily available to the operational team.
  • Ensure clarity in process requirements, objectives, and applicable KPIs.
  • Continuously assess and refine processes, recommending enhancements and implementing necessary changes.
  • Assist in Capital Project planning and actively participate in relevant project meetings, providing insights and recommendations as required.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience in an operational or process-oriented environment, complemented by a bachelor's degree in business or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience in managing complex operational and business environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate and make decisions in a multifaceted operational setting with minimal supervision.
  • Experience utilizing sound business principles and data analytics to inform decision-making processes.
  • Proven track record in measuring the performance of operational and process flows.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate and review operational and process flows, demand, constraints, and stakeholder requirements.
  • Ability to lead discussions with stakeholders diplomatically, especially when opinions differ.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to deliver high-quality results with minimal oversight.
  • Experience collaborating with various levels of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in leveraging technology solutions to meet operational and business needs.
  • Experience in the parking and transportation sectors is considered an asset.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $80,932 to $105,773 per annum, based on a standard 37.5-hour work week. This compensation is tailored to reflect your unique experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
