Position Overview: Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for data analysis? We are seeking a permanent full-time Senior Transportation Program Analyst to join our Parking and Ground Transportation (PGT) Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support all facets of Parking and Ground Transportation operations, focusing on program management and operational process enhancement.
  • Oversee the management of essential service contracts, ensuring effective performance measurement, reporting, and auditing.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for operational processes, leading or supporting PGT-related initiatives.

Program Oversight: Develop, document, and refine operational plans for PGT programs; facilitate informed decision-making regarding program development and modifications while analyzing operational data to guide decisions.

Service Provider Management: Provide daily operational oversight and guidance to various service providers, while measuring and reporting on key performance indicators within service contracts.

Process Documentation: Identify, analyze, and document current operational processes, ensuring that training and reference materials are readily available to the operational team.

Project Participation: Assist in Capital Project planning and engage in relevant project meetings, offering insights and recommendations as necessary.

Qualifications: A minimum of five years of relevant experience in an operational or process-driven environment, complemented by a bachelor's degree in business or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience in managing complex operational settings.

Proficiency in applying sound business principles and data analytics to support decision-making processes.
Demonstrated ability to measure the performance of operational and process flows.
Strong organizational capabilities with the adaptability to deliver high-quality outcomes with minimal supervision.
Experience in the parking and transportation sectors is advantageous.
