- Proven experience in measuring the performance of operational and process flows.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate and review operational and process flows, demand, constraints, and partner requirements.
- Ability to lead meetings with stakeholders diplomatically, even when opinions differ.
- Excellent organizational skills and the adaptability to produce high-quality results with minimal supervision and direction.
- Experience collaborating with various levels of internal and external stakeholder groups.
- Proficiency in utilizing technology solutions to meet operational and business needs.
- Experience in the parking and transportation sectors is considered an asset.
