Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Lifemark Physiotherapy & Sport Medicine Rouge Valley. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, answering phone calls, and coordinating scheduling and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Coordinate scheduling and appointments
- Assist with data entry and billing
- Provide administrative support to the Care Coordinator Manager and Clinic Director
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- 1-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer savvy and data entry skills
- Flexible and adaptable to change
