Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) while overseeing the Finance and Accounting department.
  • Ensure compliance with all accounting processes, procedures, reporting, and audit requirements aligned with the company's business portfolio.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to provide effective financial support and enhance business performance.
  • Design, coordinate, and assess financial programs and information systems, including budgeting, tax planning, and asset management.
  • Supervise the approval and processing of revenue, expenditures, departmental budgets, and account maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain accounting, billing, and auditing procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Establish robust internal control measures to safeguard company assets.
  • Provide consultative support to planning initiatives through comprehensive financial analyses and management reports.
  • Maintain records in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards.
  • Lead the development and execution of strategic business and operational plans.
  • Manage cash flow, cost controls, and overall expenses.
  • Set and implement departmental goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
  • Oversee banking relationships and credit agreements.
  • Establish profitability benchmarks for investment activities.
  • Report critical financial trends to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • A Master's Degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
  • Ten (10) years of experience in a senior finance or accounting role.
  • Recognized accounting designation (CMA, CGA, CA) is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Power BI is essential.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite applications is required.
  • Experience with SAP and ERP systems such as Maximo and Field Glass is advantageous.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are necessary.
