About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Strategic Finance Analyst to contribute to our financial initiatives in a remote capacity.

Reporting directly to the Director of Strategic Finance, you will be integral to a team that serves as the financial core of KOHO.

The Senior Strategic Finance Analyst will be essential in steering financial planning, reporting, analytics, and collaboration to enhance KOHO's financial achievements. Your role will involve the development and refinement of financial models and analyses, working closely with various teams to influence critical business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will take ownership of, refine, and advance financial models for long-term strategic planning, investor relations, product development, partnerships, and special initiatives.
  • You will significantly contribute to KOHO's annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting, collaborating with departments across the organization to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
  • You will prepare and present monthly and quarterly management reports, ensuring the executive team is well-informed about the company's financial performance and cash flow status.
  • You will create new reporting frameworks, delivering insights and analyses while identifying potential opportunities and risks within business strategies.
  • You will conduct in-depth analysis of financial and statistical data, becoming a subject matter expert in specific areas of the P&L, and providing insights and recommendations to aid decision-making.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Finance, focusing on financial modeling, planning, and management reporting & analysis.
  • Possession of a professional designation (e.g., CPA, CFA).
  • A proactive individual with a positive attitude, demonstrating ingenuity in addressing business challenges.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating findings and presenting ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to distill financial data into meaningful analyses with precision and detail.
  • A growth-oriented mindset, open to change, and eager to explore innovative approaches, including automation and process enhancements.
  • Proficiency in database management (SQL), VBA, or other programming languages is highly advantageous.
