Senior Enterprise Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Representative to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and adoption of AWS services among large enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share within assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise customers, including C-level executives and IT leaders.
- Position and sell AWS services to new customers and new market segments, leveraging your technical expertise and business acumen.
- Develop and execute detailed go-to-market plans, including vertical-centric approaches and partner development.
- Accelerate customer adoption and growth, while maintaining a robust sales pipeline and coaching individual sales team members.
- Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption of AWS services.
- Manage customer-facing contract negotiations and develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver exceptional customer experience.

Requirements- 7+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS markets, selling to C-level executives.
- 10+ years of business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management experience.
- Experience positioning and selling technology to new customers and new market segments.
- Knowledge of software development practices and data center/infrastructure/networking technologies.
- Experience developing detailed go-to-market plans.
- Experience proactively growing customer relationships within an account while expanding their understanding of the customer's business.
