Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gas Station Team Lead to join our team at Chevron. As a Gas Station Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and that our store is running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Train and develop sales staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Operations and Administration
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that customers receive excellent service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Inventory and Merchandising
- Manage the inventory of merchandise, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that products are displayed attractively.
- Work Environment
- Work in a fast-paced retail environment, with frequent customer interactions and a high level of activity.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
- Work Setting
- Work in a retail service establishment.
- Physical Capabilities
- Ability to handle heavy loads, walk, sit, stand for extended periods, and bend, crouch, or kneel.
Work Term: Permanent
Work Language: English
Hours: 40 hours per week
