Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
  • Authorize payments, manage cash, and maintain accurate financial records
  • Order merchandise, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store
  • Establish work schedules, supervise staff, and resolve issues that may arise
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail sales environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and maintain attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The work environment is dynamic, with a focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration.
