Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team. As a Gas Station Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store is running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
    • Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash transactions.
    • Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to ensure that our store is always stocked with the products our customers want.
    • Establish work schedules and ensure that our store is staffed at all times.
  • Customer Service
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that our customers feel valued and appreciated.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help us make informed business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or gas station environment.
  • Work Setting
    • Retail service establishment.
  • Physical Capabilities
    • Ability to handle heavy loads.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Ability to walk, sit, and stand for extended periods.
    • Ability to bend, crouch, and kneel.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The language of work is English.
