Sales Account Executive

Reporting to the District Sales Manager, the primary responsibility of the Account Sales Manager (ASM) is to conduct external sales of product inventory while managing a designated route of accounts. Your goal will be to enhance product sales and optimize the placement of product displays in various retail environments. You will also focus on upselling inventory, cooler space, and product displays. The ASM's main role is to serve all clients in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to our Red Bull executional standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAreas that highlight your expertise
Below are the responsibilities we will entrust you with:
- Oversee product management and foster relationships with customer contacts for the sale of our products at designated Red Bull Canada Distribution (RBCD) accounts. Assess current and future product needs at accounts and seek opportunities to boost sales. Ensure that all Red Bull equipment is maintained in a clean and functional state. Carry out external sales activities. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.
- Analyze competitors' actions, including new product launches and pricing strategies. Achieve monthly objectives focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new account setup, and other merchandising elements. Safeguard the Red Bull brand through proper product rotation to ensure freshness while adhering to Red Bull's branding guidelines. Enhance inventory and product variety at each RBCD assigned account and improve in-store branding while delivering fresh products.
- Collaborate effectively across the organization and share best practices. Be a key contributor and leader among your peers. Maintain strong relationships with customer contacts at each RBCD assigned account.
- Possess a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Must meet legal age requirements.
- Experience in sales, account management, and direct store delivery (DSD) is advantageous.
- Ability to lift and transport up to 40 pounds of inventory and/or promotional displays.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel 20-30% of the time.
- This is a permanent position.
