Technical Support Specialist

Axiom Technologies serves as a premier IT Services partner for medium to large-scale enterprises.
We are in search of a skilled individual to manage a range of tasks from straightforward activities to intricate plans. This position will deliver onsite and on-call support to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing framework, ensuring prompt and precise service delivery for optimal performance.
Technical Skills and Experience
- Preferred Experience:
- Troubleshooting computer operating systems and peripherals
- Familiarity with various PC Operating Systems (Windows 7, 8, and 10)
- Installation of hardware and software (knowledge of deployment tools such as SCCM is beneficial)
- Basic understanding of Standard Operating Environment (SOE) and group policies
- Printer troubleshooting and support
- Proficient in installation and troubleshooting of MS Office applications
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Field experience with diverse technologies and services
- Advanced technical skills with solid troubleshooting capabilities applicable to Windows, Apple, and virtual operating systems
- Ability to effectively manage time and resources to meet or exceed expectations in high-pressure situations while maintaining professionalism.

In-depth Knowledge of:
- Microsoft Office applications
- PC and laptop hardware
- PC and laptop peripherals, including printers
Basic Knowledge of:
- Active Directory
- Exchange
- Apple Operating System
- SCCM
IT Qualifications
At least one of the following:
- PC/Laptop OEM Maintenance Certification
- CompTIA A+ Certification
- Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) certification in the desktop area
- Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification
Experience in a Similar Role
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Willingness to travel as required
- Flexible work arrangements available
- Experience with a variety of IT projects and cases
