Axiom Technologies serves as a premier IT Services partner for medium to large-scale enterprises.

We are in search of a skilled individual to manage a range of tasks from straightforward activities to intricate plans. This position will deliver onsite and on-call support to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing framework, ensuring prompt and precise service delivery for optimal performance.

Technical Skills and Experience

  • Preferred Experience:
  • Troubleshooting computer operating systems and peripherals
  • Familiarity with various PC Operating Systems (Windows 7, 8, and 10)
  • Installation of hardware and software (knowledge of deployment tools such as SCCM is beneficial)
  • Basic understanding of Standard Operating Environment (SOE) and group policies
  • Printer troubleshooting and support
  • Proficient in installation and troubleshooting of MS Office applications
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Field experience with diverse technologies and services
  • Advanced technical skills with solid troubleshooting capabilities applicable to Windows, Apple, and virtual operating systems
  • Ability to effectively manage time and resources to meet or exceed expectations in high-pressure situations while maintaining professionalism.

In-depth Knowledge of:

  • Microsoft Office applications
  • PC and laptop hardware
  • PC and laptop peripherals, including printers

Basic Knowledge of:

  • Active Directory
  • Exchange
  • Apple Operating System
  • SCCM

IT Qualifications

At least one of the following:

  • PC/Laptop OEM Maintenance Certification
  • CompTIA A+ Certification
  • Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) certification in the desktop area
  • Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification

Experience in a Similar Role

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Flexible work arrangements available
  • Experience with a variety of IT projects and cases
