Job Summary:

beBee Professionals is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist - Samsung Appliances, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to customers with Samsung appliances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person, resolving customer inquiries and issues related to Samsung appliances.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical issues with Samsung appliances, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of appliance components.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Samsung appliances, including their features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Samsung appliance technologies and product releases.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the appliance repair industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Samsung appliances and their components.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
