Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Eisa Trading Inc. as a key member of our technical support group.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical assistance and support to customers and internal stakeholders, resolving issues related to computer systems, software, and network connectivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to technical problems, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge bases, and training materials to support the technical support team and other stakeholders.
- Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of new technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff, providing guidance and coaching to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve technical support processes and services.
- 3-5 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a private company or corporation.
- Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, software, and network infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on resolving complex technical issues.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
