Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Eisa Trading Inc. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Consult technical manuals, guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on the use of computer systems and software.
  • Collaborate with other technical support analysts to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall support processes.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of new technical solutions and processes.
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the development of new technical solutions and processes.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in computer science or related field preferred.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
