About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Eisa Trading Inc. as a User Support Technician. This is a key role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, software, and other technology-related issues.
  • Research and implement solutions to technical problems, utilizing technical manuals, guides, and other resources.
  • Offer advice and training to users to help them overcome technical difficulties and improve their technical skills.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a log of problems and solutions for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Participate in the design and development of new applications and software to improve user experience.
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users, ensuring they have access to the technology they need to perform their jobs efficiently.
  • Install and configure equipment for employee use, ensuring that all necessary software and hardware are properly installed and functioning.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a corporate or industry setting.
  • Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, software, and networking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with users at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to research and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
