Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Eisa Trading Inc. as a User Support Technician. This is a key role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, software, and other technology-related issues.
- Research and implement solutions to technical problems, utilizing technical manuals, guides, and other resources.
- Offer advice and training to users to help them overcome technical difficulties and improve their technical skills.
- Collect, organize, and maintain a log of problems and solutions for use by other technical support analysts.
- Participate in the design and development of new applications and software to improve user experience.
- Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users, ensuring they have access to the technology they need to perform their jobs efficiently.
- Install and configure equipment for employee use, ensuring that all necessary software and hardware are properly installed and functioning.
- 3-5 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a corporate or industry setting.
- Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, software, and networking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with users at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to research and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
