Restaurant Operations Manager

Zubu Ramen Bar - Downtown is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our downtown location.
Key Responsibilities:- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to meet customer demand and minimize waste.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to protect customers and staff.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to optimize costs and quality.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills.
