Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff
  • Provide training on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols
  • Estimate necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation
  • Recruit and hire food service personnel
  • Ensure food quality and service standards are met
  • Address and resolve customer complaints
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste
  • Prepare and submit operational reports
  • Supervise the assembly of food trays
  • Establish and manage work schedules
