Key Responsibilities- Education: Completion of College/CEGEP or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role.
- Work Schedule: This is a permanent position requiring 35 hours of work per week.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules effectively.
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
- Assess and estimate the ingredients and supplies necessary for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food quality and service adhere to established standards.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports regarding operations.
- Compile food order summaries for the chef.
- Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
This position is set in a fast-paced environment that demands efficiency and attention to detail.
Language RequirementsThe primary language of work is English.
