Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Sun City Hotels Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, service, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Quality Control: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment with fast-paced atmosphere and tight deadlines.
- Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Personal Suitability: Flexibility and team player attitude.
Permanent position with 30 to 35 hours per week, working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
