Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and train food service staff to ensure they are meeting our high standards of quality and service.
- Operations: Establish and maintain efficient work schedules, manage inventory, and ensure that our food and beverage offerings meet our quality control standards.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Our fast-paced environment requires a team player who can work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to stand, walk, and move frequently throughout your shift.
