Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless food service delivery.
  • Train and supervise food service staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
  • Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing food service team to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Supervise and inspect the assembly of trays to ensure high-quality presentation.
  • Develop and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1-2 years of experience in food service operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the restaurant as needed.
