Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs
  • Train and supervise food service staff to ensure high-quality service and food preparation
  • Manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize efficiency
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance metrics
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring high-quality food preparation.
