About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Pastry Chef to join our team at Butter Baked Goods Ltd. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that showcase our bakery's expertise and quality.
  • Culinary Leadership: Lead and train a team of bakers and pastry chefs to ensure exceptional quality and consistency in our products.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure efficient use and minimize waste.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all products meet our high standards.
