We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Lead to join our Direct BD/sales team at Amazon Canada Fulfillment Services, ULC. In this role, you will be responsible for building strategic relationships with top real estate management companies and driving the adoption of our Key for Business (KfB) and other products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet specific goals and objectives.
- Manage and maintain a go-to-market strategy to drive customer adoption.
- Serve as a sponsor for key customer relationships and manage issues/problems/observations coming from customers.
- Develop and own new mechanisms to scale goals and objectives.
- Manage the input goals (relationships & pipeline) and output goals (unit/building installs).
Amazon Key for Business is the multi-unit arm of Amazon's secure delivery team. We enable 1-Click access to Amazon logistic's delivery drivers to customers' doorsteps, improving the bottom line of our last mile operations and increasing Amazon's accountability and security for property owners/managers.
Requirements- 5+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements experience.
- 5+ years of professional or military experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
- Experience with the proptech industry as it relates to multifamily real estate.
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.
