About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Lead to join our Amazon Key for Business team in Toronto, ON, Canada. As a key member of our Direct BD/sales team, you will be responsible for building strategic relationships with top real estate management companies and driving customer adoption of our secure delivery solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business agreements with key customers
  • Manage and maintain go-to-market strategies to drive sales growth
  • Serve as a sponsor for key customer relationships and manage issues/problems/observations
  • Develop and own new mechanisms to scale sales goals
  • Manage programs across cross-functional teams and build processes to coordinate release schedules
About the Team

Amazon Key for Business is the multi-unit arm of Amazon's secure delivery team, enabling 1-Click access to Amazon logistics' delivery drivers to customers' doorsteps. We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Toronto, ON, Canada.

Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements experience
  • 5+ years of professional or military experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience with the proptech industry as it relates to multifamily real estate
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
  • Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
