About the Role

Pamika Brasserie Thai inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency in every dish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement new menu items, specials, and promotions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Culinary Leadership: Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all menu items meet our high standards.
  • Food Safety and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Education: Post-secondary education in culinary arts or a related field.
  • Certifications: Food Safety Certificate and any other relevant certifications.
Working Conditions

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. The successful candidate will be physically demanding and able to stand for extended periods.
