Senior Culinary Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Carib Farm Trading Company Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Development: Create new and innovative menu items that showcase our Caribbean and Latin American cuisine, while maintaining our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Culinary Leadership: Supervise and mentor our culinary team, providing guidance and support to ensure that our kitchen operates efficiently and effectively.
- Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of food safety and quality, adhering to our company's policies and procedures.
- Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet our menu demands.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our kitchen team to ensure that we are meeting our menu demands and maintaining our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years, or equivalent experience
- Certifications: Cook Trade Certification, Certified Chef de Cuisine (CCC), Food Safety Certificate
