Your Role: Digital Marketing Strategist

Reporting to the Director of Communications and Marketing, you will be a key player in shaping our digital marketing strategy. You'll leverage your expertise to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and ultimately contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels including paid advertising (PPC), search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Design and implement data infrastructure to analyze customer journeys across all touchpoints, optimizing conversion points and user funnels for maximum impact.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and sales.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights, informing strategic decisions and campaign optimizations.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and overall business objectives.
  • Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a strong focus on data analytics, strategy development, and campaign optimization.
  • Expertise in utilizing data analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics to track and measure performance.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, SEMrush, or similar.
