Job Description: Digital Marketing Strategist

Reporting to the Director of Communications and Marketing, the Digital Marketing Strategist plays a crucial role in shaping and executing our digital marketing strategy. This position is responsible for developing and implementing data-driven campaigns across various online channels to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track campaign performance, measure ROI, and generate actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, content marketing) to ensure seamless integration of digital marketing efforts.
  • Stay abreast of emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Expertise in using digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
