Role Overview

Reporting to the Director of Communications and Marketing, the Digital Marketing Strategist will play a pivotal role in aligning our digital marketing initiatives with our business objectives. This position is crucial for maintaining Techo-Bloc's competitive edge in the market.

You will be tasked with crafting, executing, and overseeing the digital marketing strategy to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue through various paid marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will manage projects, develop digital media and social media strategies, and optimize performance through data analysis and actionable insights. We seek a highly analytical individual with a proven ability to leverage data to drive online success and effectively communicate consumer behavior narratives. Strong leadership skills are essential to inspire and challenge team members to excel.

Key Responsibilities

Formulate and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to boost brand visibility, generate leads, and increase sales across multiple online platforms, including PPC, SEO, email marketing, social media, and content marketing. Design and establish the data framework necessary to assess the complete customer journey across various channels, optimizing conversion points and user pathways. Execute and analyze experiments and conversion tests to enhance user engagement and conversion rates. Utilize data analytics tools to monitor, measure, and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, return on ad spend, and sales, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and best practices in the digital marketing landscape, offering actionable insights to enhance campaign performance. Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Creative, and Events, to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with business goals and meet customer needs. Manage digital advertising budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and optimize campaign expenditures to maximize return on investment and achieve set objectives. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing advancements, proactively suggesting strategies for ongoing improvement and optimization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in digital marketing or data analytics are preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing roles, emphasizing data analytics, strategy formulation, and campaign optimization. Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms for tracking and measuring digital marketing performance. Strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex data sets, derive actionable insights, and make informed decisions to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and SEMrush. Proven leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to guide and mentor a team, drive results, and cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
