Role Overview

Reporting to the Director of Communications and Marketing, the Digital Marketing Strategist will play a crucial role in aligning digital marketing initiatives with business objectives. This position is vital for maintaining Techo-Bloc's competitive edge in the market.

You will oversee the planning, development, implementation, and management of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aimed at enhancing customer engagement and driving revenue through various paid marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will manage projects, create digital and social media strategies, and optimize performance through data analysis and actionable insights. We seek a highly analytical individual with a proven ability to leverage data to drive online success and articulate consumer behavior effectively. Strong leadership skills are essential to inspire and challenge team members to excel.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement integrated digital marketing strategies to boost brand visibility, generate leads, and increase sales across multiple online platforms, including PPC, SEO, email marketing, social media, and content marketing. Establish and manage the data framework to assess the customer journey across channels, optimizing conversion points and user pathways. Conduct experiments and conversion tests to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates. Utilize analytics tools to monitor, measure, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and return on ad spend, providing insights for optimization. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the digital space, offering actionable recommendations to enhance campaign performance. Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Creative, and Events, to create cohesive marketing campaigns that align with business goals and customer needs. Manage digital advertising budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and optimizing spending to maximize return on investment. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing advancements, proactively suggesting strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in digital marketing or data analytics are preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing roles, focusing on data analysis, strategy formulation, and campaign optimization. Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics to assess digital marketing performance. Strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights for campaign enhancement. Excellent communication skills to effectively present ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager. Leadership experience with a proven ability to mentor teams and foster a culture of innovation.
