Job Summary

We're seeking a highly analytical Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales across various online channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance brand awareness.
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising budgets to maximize ROI and achieve targeted goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing innovations to recommend strategies for continuous improvement and optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or professional certifications in digital marketing, data analytics, or related disciplines preferred.
  • Proven track record of 5+ years of experience in digital marketing roles with a focus on data analytics, strategy development, and campaign optimization.
  • Expertise in utilizing data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms to track and measure digital marketing performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas, present findings, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
