Creative Director, Art

At Lyft, we're revolutionizing transportation and redefining the way people experience cities. We're seeking a highly skilled and visionary Creative Director to join our team and lead the development of our brand's visual identity and creative expression.
As a key member of our creative team, you'll partner closely with our Exec Creative Director (Copy) to bring our brand vision to life across all marketing channels. Your expertise in visual design, art direction, and conceptual thinking will be instrumental in elevating our brand's creative excellence and shaping its presence in the world.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive creative strategy that aligns with our brand's vision and goals.
- Lead and mentor our internal team of designers, guiding them to create innovative and effective visual solutions.
- Partner with external creative agencies and contractors to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery of high-quality work.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated creative campaigns that drive business results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying your knowledge to continuously improve our creative output.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in visual design, art direction, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in people management, coaching, and developing team members.
- Proven track record of leading effective integrated creative campaigns.
- Expertise in design tools, including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.
