The Role
We are seeking a Creative Team Manager/Art Director to lead our hospitality art projects. This role will oversee the creative vision and operations, leading a team of designers and artists. The successful candidate will have experience in creative art direction, team management, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Direction
- Develop and uphold creative standards and style guides specific to hospitality projects.
- Oversee the production of visual elements, ensuring they align with hotel branding and design specifications.
- Strategic Planning
- Set the creative vision, aligned with overall business goals, to enhance the company's market position in the hospitality industry.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity, ensuring the company stays at the forefront of hospitality design.
- Team Leadership
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of graphic designers, artists, and administrators.
- Set team goals and KPIs, track performance, and foster a culture of high achievement and collaboration.
- Project Management
- Oversee all creative project operations, from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and meet client expectations.
Requirements
- Creative Art Direction experience in-house or at an agency.
- Creative team and resource management.
- Experience working directly with clients.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
