Creative Project Manager

The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Creative Project Manager to join our Art Operations and Creative Art Teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for optimizing project management tools and practices to improve cross-functional communication, address process pain-points, and help scale projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead ongoing projects from scoping to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and implement workflows for various project types across our licensing, hospitality, and creative business units.
- Support the enablement of projects that are on time, on budget, and meet client needs.
- Manage time and resources by defining roles and responsibilities on a per-project and per workstream basis.
- Set project timelines and standard operating procedures, ensuring seamless coordination with team members and resources.
- Train and enable team members to effectively work within standard project processes.
- Collaborate with Programs, Marketing, and Production teams to drive project success.
- Project Management experience, with a focus on creative industries.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
