About the Role:
The Creative Team Manager/Art Director will be responsible for overseeing the creative vision and operations of hospitality art projects, leading a team of designers and artists. This role will involve strategic direction, team management, and process improvement to deliver high-quality, innovative design solutions tailored for the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Direction and Oversight: Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative solutions, ensuring they meet both client needs and industry trends.
- Strategic Planning and Process Improvement: Set the creative vision, aligned with overall business goals, to enhance the company's market position in the hospitality industry.
- Team Leadership and Management: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of graphic designers, artists, and administrators.
