Creative Project Manager

PI Creative Art is a leading Canadian company with over 45 years of experience in the art industry. We specialize in art, wallcoverings, mirrors, and alternative wall décor, and take pride in our expertise in every stage of the art development and supply chain process.
The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Creative Project Manager to join our Art Operations and Creative Art Teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for optimizing project management tools and practices to improve cross-functional communication, address process pain-points, and help scale projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead ongoing projects from scoping to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
- Develop and implement workflows for various project types across our licensing, hospitality, and creative business units.
- Manage time and resources by defining roles and responsibilities on a per-project and per workstream basis.
- Set project timelines and standard operating procedures, and coordinate team members and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Train and enable team members to effectively work within standard project processes.
- Collaborate with Programs, Marketing, and Production teams to drive project success.
- Project Management experience, with a focus on creative industries.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
