Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated On-Call SENCOTEN Teacher to join our team at School District #63 (Saanich). As a key member of our educational community, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality instruction and support to students with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and effective instruction to students with special education needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive and supportive learning environment
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in special education to inform instruction and professional development
Requirements
  • BC Teaching Certificate with a specialization in Special Education
  • Experience working with students with diverse needs and abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
