We are currently seeking a GTM Finance & Strategy Analyst to become an integral part of our go-to-market finance team.

In this prominent position, you will collaborate with senior executives across Tree Trust's go-to-market divisions, contributing to operational and financial planning as a strategic finance partner.

This role offers a significant learning opportunity, a platform to influence key decisions, exposure to senior leadership, and the chance to drive strategic initiatives.

Your contributions will be vital to Tree Trust's growth, addressing some of our most complex challenges, with a direct link between your efforts and our success.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing strategic finance partnership to multiple senior leaders within the go-to-market and finance organizations.
  • Supporting financial planning efforts (current quarter, current year, multi-year) for various teams across the global Sales organization.
  • Collaborating with our Corporate finance team to deliver insights to our senior leadership team and Board of Directors.
  • Assisting with strategic initiatives and fostering positive operational improvements.

We seek candidates with demonstrated experience in a business-related capacity, particularly valuing backgrounds in investment banking, consulting, or finance and operations within technology firms.

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Exceptional quantitative analysis and forecasting skills (proficiency in Excel is essential; database/SQL skills are preferred).
  • A comfort with ambiguity and the ability to narrate compelling stories through relevant insights and conclusions derived from data.
  • A passion for enhancing existing processes by utilizing automation and analytics tools to challenge conventional practices.
