Job Summary:

The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to the organization. The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models, preparing financial reports, and providing financial analysis and support to the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Provide financial analysis and support to the organization, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis and reporting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of financial software such as QuickBooks and SAP
