Business Development Partner

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the onboarding and training of new advisors to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Coach and mentor advisors to improve their sales performance and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Sun Life Financial's policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of developing successful advisors and driving business growth.
  • Strong sales management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Valid Life Insurance Agent's license in the province where the Financial Centre is located.
