Business Development Partner

As a Business Development Partner, you will be responsible for onboarding, developing, and coaching a team of advisors to achieve business growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the onboarding and training of new advisors to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Coach and mentor advisors to improve their sales performance and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational effectiveness and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of developing successful advisors and driving business growth.
  • Strong sales management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with advisors, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Valid Life Insurance Agent's license in the province in which your Financial Centre is located.
